The Registrar's Office

The Registrar is located at HACC's Harrisburg campus. Students can visit the office in the Ted Lick Administration Building -- next to Mumma Hall.
 

Registrar's services

General services include:

• Processing HACC transcripts
• Articulating transfer credits
• Maintaining students' academic history and grades
• Processing graduation applications
• Certifying graduates
• Reporting enrollment and degree information. The office sends reports to the National Student Clearinghouse

Spring 2023 Hours

• Starting the week of Jan. 30 and continuing through the Spring 2023 term, staffing on campus Monday-Thursday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., and Friday remote only 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
• In addition, remote services continue to be offered every day, Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., and Friday from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
• The call center will be accepting calls 8 a.m.-noon and 1-3 p.m. All other times email record@hacc.edu.

Summer 2023 Hours

• Monday-Thursday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. on campus
• In addition, remote services continue to be offered every day, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. 
• The call center will be accepting calls 8 a.m.-noon and 1- 3 p.m. All other times email record@hacc.edu.
• The Registrar will be closed on Fridays in the months of June and July.
